Chef Beudaert has another Michelin star in his pocket
Beudaert started cooking differently for a while and had handed in his star himself. At the awards ceremony yesterday, he was in Paris with his wife. The news came completely unexpected.
So five years ago, Beudaert stopped his business, which already had a star. He continued to cook, but he said goodbye to gastronomy for a while. A year and a half ago he made his comeback and that is again very much appreciated.
The star does not change the pure cuisine and the price list, the chef assures.
