New titles in June

From June 13th to June 19th, subscribers to Nintendo Switch Online can download the gaming classic “Stardew Valley” for free in the eShop. The popular simulation was released in 2016 and is one of the most successful games of all time with cross-platform sales of 20 million. At the beginning, the player is bequeathed a dilapidated farm, which now has to be brought back into shape. You can also interact and form relationships with the residents of the nearby town, go fishing and gathering materials outside of town, and fight monsters.

The game was well received by players and critics alike. Accordingly, “Stardew Valley” has a score of 87 points at Metacritic. The loving pixel graphics were just as good as the soundtrack and game mechanics. If you have a Nintendo Switch Online subscription, you can try the game for free for a week; after that it is available at a discount.
