Spring is finally here and with it comes Nintendo’s first major gaming sale of the year. The Japanese developer is discounting over 1000 games, including some big names like The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword. After the spring-like offers on Steam or Epic are already over, Nintendo is now starting its own spring sale. The company has now announced a huge discount campaign for its Nintendo eShop. Over 1000 games from a wide variety of publishers are to be offered at reduced prices from April 28th to May 8th. Who should look through this big offer? The Japanese company has so far leaked little about its spring campaign. Just two days before the sale started, there was an official announcement on Twitter and a press release. In it, Nintendo already points out a number of highlights that make us sit up and take notice.
For example, “The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword” should be significantly reduced for the first time. Other major titles are also on the list. Even if not all offers are known by a long shot, there should be the usual 25 to 30 percent discount on the big Nintendo titles.
