Che Italian Citizenship: The study that helps you fulfill the dream of being Italian – BRAND

What motivated you to create this service and how does it work?

Antonio and I met in Italy while I was processing my citizenship. He is Italian and has a degree in Marketing, I am Argentine and a lawyer, we decided to merge our professions and our languages to create a bridge between two continents. To be able to help all Latin Americans who, like me, leave their land to fulfill the dream of Italian citizenship.

Our service consists of the comprehensive management of the entire citizenship process in Italy, assisting and accompanying the client throughout the process, from the folder assembly stage, through searching for a rental in Italy to obtaining a passport.

As time went by, we incorporated other services such as obtaining citizenship through the courts.

What are the benefits of obtaining Italian citizenship and what requirements must be met?

According to the Henely Passport Index, the Italian is in position 2, which means we can say that Italian citizenship is one of the most powerful in the world. I like to define it as “the key that opens the doors in the world”. It allows us to live, work or study in all EU countries without the need for a visa, it gives us access to European public health, university and sports scholarships. It allows footballers to play in clubs throughout Europe without occupying the foreigner’s quota. It allows you to apply for New Zealand and Australian WH visas with fewer requirements and without an annual quota. To enter the US, you apply for an online visa, which is much simpler, faster and cheaper.

To be an Italian citizen it is required prove that you are a descendant of an Italian who emigrated abroad and that he/she did not renounce his/her citizenship or that, if renounced, it took place after the birth of the child from whom we are descendants.

What differentiates you from other studies that offer advice and management of procedures for Italian citizenship?

This is an area where there are many scams, people are afraid and cautious when choosing a service because they are leaving not only money but also dreams and hopes for a better future in the hands of strangers. With us they feel comfortable, they find that on the other side of the world there is a person who reads them and responds to them attentively, helps, guides and accompanies them from the moment they make the decision to emigrate. What defines us and differentiates us from the rest is professionalism, seriousness, responsibility, transparency and empathy with clients and that is why they choose us.

What challenges did you have to face in developing your service and how have you overcome them?

I think the most difficult thing was to create bonds of trust, on the one hand with the Italian public administration, to understand and respect the functioning of the local bureaucracy at the same time as representing the interests of the administration. To date, the places where we work know us, they know what kind of people we are and that we always aim for the neatness and perfection of our work, at the same time that we “understand” the “times of bureaucracy.” On the other hand, the bond and trust with the people who follow us and choose us with conviction and tranquility in an environment where the look of distrust is always on alert.
