The princely couple of Monaco distributed gifts to the children together with Santa Claus at the Christmas party.
Prince Albert and Princess Charlene attended the annual children’s Christmas party in Monaco. Hov’s employees were dressed as elves and Santa Claus himself visited the event to hand out gifts.
Tradition is a princess Grace’s started, which Albert has now established as a traditional event just before Christmas.
Charlene and Albert’s children, 9-year-old Jacques and Gabriella, had fallen ill and were not part of the celebration. They were patched up by the princess Stephanie’s children Louis Ducruet and Camille Gottlieb.
The children who came to the event had the opportunity to chat with the princely couple. This year, up to 680 guests participated in the Christmas market-like event.
A program was organized around numerous Christmas trees: there were acrobats, magicians and other entertainers. Snacks and warm drinks were available, and the day was crowned by the distribution of gifts.

Just like a king Charles earlier, Prince Albert also got to meet Santa Claus. The two’s handshake was also immortalized in pictures.
