Chantal Janzen shows children on Instagram: “Isn’t that dangerous?”

Chantal Janzen shows all her children and bonus children recognizable on her Instagram page, where other celebrities choose to display their kids to blur. “Why does she do that?”

For most celebrities, it is their best friend: Instagram. They can show you what they are doing all day long. Chantal Janzen also uses it to boost her value on the star fair. It is striking that she has no difficulty in portraying all her (bonus) children in a recognizable way.

‘Bibi uses kids’

Yvonne Coldeweijer thinks that some celebrities really go too far. “Bibi Breijman really invented it. She just really sets her kids up social media. Every day, all day long you see those faces. But he already has almost 700 thousand… He has as many followers as me!”, she says in her juicy podcast The Juice Show.

She continues: “I’m sure Bibi does that for content. She really does… Her children are used to her content. Cross that topic off and what else should she talk about to post than?”

‘Chantal quite okay’

Co-host Mark Koster does not think Chantal can be compared to that. “Chantal Janzen, I think she is quite okay with that. That post also quite a lot with her kids, and also with her bonus children, and she always makes it – well, typically Chantal – a bit of a cynical joke,” says the media journalist.

Pregnant Yvonne seems to have her doubts. “What do you think of Chantal Janzen doing her child with face and all? And therefore not protected from the outside world, while she has more than a million followers?

‘Is it dangerous?’

Mark thinks Chantal doesn’t care. “That might be a bit arrogant of her, because she thinks: I’m quite a nice mother. And at school…”

Yvonne: “Van: they can get away with that. But isn’t it also dangerous? I don’t know.”

Mark: “We are thinking out loud, yes. My children, of course, know some of those types. And they also talk about those children as being: the children of those stars.”

Yvonne: “So that’s what they want marketing a little?”

Mark: “Yes, and some of those kids will of course behave very strangely.”

Nicolette and Bass

Another example: Bas Smit and Nicolette van Dam. They themselves are overly often featured on the socials, but they definitely don’t drag their daughters into it. In fact, they are very protective of them. “Nicolette and Bas always do the backs, of course,” says Yvonne.

Mark: “The kids really don’t want them either… Look, we’re pretty hard on them, but we’re going to give them a shout-out now…”

Yvonne: “They were the first to shield their children.”

Mark: “Exactly, so actually Nicolette and Bas… They are good.”

Yvonne: “Yes, in that respect. They mean this, yes.”
