Channing Tatum opens from her Magic Mike training program

Actor Channing Tatum says Kelly Clarkson in a talk show interview, how he prepares Magic Mike to the third part of the film series. In the Magic Mike movies about male strippers, Tatum has been seen in great shape, but he admits that continuous training and weight management take a hard toll.

Tatum, 41, hesitated when he was offered a chance to jump into Magic Mike’s pants for the third time in the upcoming Magic Mike’s Last Dance in the sequel because he has been having difficulty staying fit.

– It’s hard. Even if you train regularly, being in that condition is unnatural, Tatum says.

– You have to starve yourself. I don’t think that kind of lean is healthy.

Tatum has often been seen on the big screen in hard stitching, but he admits that maintaining a rigorous workout program and diet is difficult.

– I really don’t understand how people in day jobs stay fit. It’s a full time job for me and I can barely do it.

– When exercising twice a day, meals must take place at a specific time.

As you get older, losing weight has also become more difficult for Tatum. He says he weighed up to 16 pounds back and forth.

– Weight loss can take up to two months, but it can be eliminated in three days.

Tatum says he ingested salt during the diets more than anything else, but he had to leave it completely out of the diet for a few days before seizures that included nudity.

– Everything tastes just like water. Not at all, Tatum says of desalination.
