Changing chairs in the management of Canada Goose

The Canadian Canada Goose Holdings Inc. has made personnel changes in the management team. As Chief Technology Officer, Marjan Anwar Khan will lead Canada Goose’s technology development, including developing a system-wide architecture strategy, advancing digital strategy, implementing AI and automation practices, and fostering new business partnerships. Prior to joining Canada Goose, she spent eight years at Restaurant Brands International and previously held senior positions at Tim Hortons and Deloitte.

At the same time, the company announced the departure of Chief Product Officer Woody Blackford. The search for a new design boss is still ongoing. Paul Cadman, president of Asia Pacific, has also left the company and has not yet been replaced.

The company also announced the appointment of Gary Saage and Jennifer Davis to the Board of Directors. The appointment takes effect immediately. Gary Saage comes from the luxury industry and most recently served as Chief Financial Officer for the Richemont Group based in Switzerland. Jennifer Davis comes from investment banking. In 2022, she moved to Bain Capital, where she is a partner in the North American private equity team. Before joining Bain Capital, she spent nearly two decades at Goldman Sachs & Co., where her clients included Birkenstock, L Brands, Ralph Lauren and PepsiCo. She also worked on Canada Goose’s IPO in 2017.
