Changeable weekend: not cold, but gray

The weather looks changeable this weekend, but temperatures are mild. Some drizzle is planned and a dull gray sky is forecast. It could be 10 degrees this weekend. So trade in your winter coat for a raincoat.

It rained last night, but that won’t last all day. There may be drizzle in some places and it will remain a cloudy, gray day. Later in the day the temperature will also rise somewhat and it will be between 6 to 8 degrees. The wind today is from the east to southeast and is not too bad. These will be nicer days for people who don’t like the cold.

Weekend weather

The day starts dry on Saturday morning, but rain will also arrive tomorrow and the wind will increase later in the day. “The southerly wind is increasing in strength, especially along the coast,” weatherman Jan Visser said. Tomorrow it will be a maximum of 8 degrees. The rain showers will pass again tomorrow morning.

On Sunday the temperature will rise a little further and it will be around 10 degrees. However, it is a bit ‘turbulent’ on the coast, as the weatherman calls it, and there is strong wind.

Visser says that temperatures will drop further over the course of next week and, above all: “It will be drier again,” said the weatherman. It won’t be really cold, but it might be dry. An Elfstedentocht is certainly not possible for the time being.
