There has been tension in the air for a few days now: will it snow or not? Today King Winter already covered Flanders with a first layer, and this seems to be the case in the following days as well. Because while the chance of snow was still ‘uncertain’ earlier this week, it now seems to be gradually tilting towards ‘certain’. We will therefore have to take winter showers and an increasing risk of slippery conditions into account in the coming days. Snowfall could cause problems, especially on Monday and certainly on Wednesday. “The weather situation is extremely difficult to estimate for meteorologists. A small shift in the snow zone has major consequences,” says our weather analyst Nicolas Roose.
