In the upcoming 2023/2024 Champions League season, two streaming service providers will again share the broadcasting rights of the four German participants. On Monday it was announced where the first group games will be shown.
The streaming service “Prime Video” from Amazon announced on Monday that it would broadcast Borussia Dortmund twice and FC Bayern twice live and exclusively.
All other group games can be seen on the competing streaming service “DAZN” – each in a single game and via conference. As a result, all six group players from the other two German starters, RB Leipzig and 1. FC Union Berlin, can also be seen on “DAZN”.
Amazon announced which BVB and FC Bayern games will be shown exclusively on “Prime Video”:
- Paris Saint Germain vs Borussia DortmundSeptember 19 from 9:00 p.m
- FC Copenhagen vs FC BayernOctober 3rd from 9:00 p.m
- Galatasaray vs FC BayernOctober 24 from 6:45 p.m
- Borussia Dortmund v Newcastle United, 7 November from 18:45
All “Prime Video” games take place on a Tuesday evening. These encounters then run exclusively, so they are not part of the conference that is being offered at the same time on “DAZN”.
The premier class starts its season on September 19th and 20th with the first of six group match days.
FC Bayern is up against Manchester United, FC Copenhagen and Galatasaray in Group A.
