The Rai 1 access prime time game show, hosted by Pino Insegnois ready to reopen the dance and celebrate the first twenty years of TV. The program, born in 2007, tests the readiness, logic and knowledge of the Italian language of teams made up of three competitors, called upon to solve word games, linguistic associations and connections between terms.
During each episode, the teams compete through different heats which require intuition, speed and reasoning ability. The objective is to accumulate the prize pool and gain access to the final game, The Last Chainthe highlight of the show. Here the competitors must identify a series of words linked together by a precise logical thread to try to win the prize up for grabs.

Twenty years of Chain reaction: what’s new in the game
To celebrate twenty years of the broadcast, the first eleven episodes will be dedicated to Challenge of Championsthein which they will meet in a series of knockout heats, the contestants who made the history of the game show. Competing for the prestigious title will be twelve teams made up of three players each, the most successful ever.
At the beginning of each episode the two competing teams will be presented through short video cards. An evocative return to the past that will make you relive the most beautiful, exciting and fun moments of the teams. They promise to be interesting head-to-head between word chains and other quiz games, such as When Where How Why, Winning Agreement and The Last Chain. From June 14th Chain reaction will come to the heart of the new editionwith new competitors.

The teams competing for the title of Champion among Champions
Twelve competing teams will compete for the title Champion among Championsof which eight will enter via the preliminary round: The Three Forcellini (Padua), The Shadows of Pino (Varese), The Free Throws (Udine), Le Cocche di Nonna (Fano, PU), Le Amiche in Onda (Lecce), I Relativi Stretti (Messina), Le Volta Pagina (Reggio Emilia) and Le Focaccine (Milan).
The four teams that pass the preliminary round will compete against each other Seeded, that is, the best of the last twenty years. The Long Distance Agreements (Oristano), The Dai and Dai (Livorno), The Three and a Quarter (Varese) and the Three of Coins (Monza).
