The cousins Felix Bauer and Johannes Kliesch founded the Mannheim socks and underwear label Snocks together in 2018. Since then they have shared management. Now there is a new co-CEO who is taking over for Bauer.
Rehan Roman Choudhry, who previously held the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO), has been sharing leadership of the company with Kliesch since last December. Choudhry announced this on the career network Linkedin last week. It is currently unknown whether Bauer continues to have an active position in the company.
Snocks has not yet responded to a request from FashionUnited.
In addition to the financial strategic direction, Choudhry will now also focus on expanding the company’s vision and continuing the brand’s “commitment to innovation and excellence.”
He joined as Team Lead Finance in November 2019 and was then appointed to the role of CFO in June 2022.
