Russians will be able to receive a certificate of medical contraindications for vaccination against coronavirus on the public services portal, informed Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin at a government meeting.
“In the near future, information will be transmitted to the portal that a person has medical contraindications for vaccination. Through the State Services, citizens will be able to receive a confirmation certificate, ”Mishustin promised.
Now certificates of the vaccinated and recovered are available on the portal. The new type of certificate will also be displayed in the COVID-19 Immunization Details section of your account.
The EU did not receive a letter from Russia for the recognition of COVID-certificates
In mid-January, Deputy Prime Minister Tatyana Golikova announced that from February 1, the authorities planned to issue certificates of recoveries to Russians who have antibodies to the coronavirus. This applies to both those who had a positive PCR test, did not go to the doctors and, according to the results of the analysis, have antibodies to the coronavirus, and those who suffered the disease asymptomatically, did not take the PCR and found out about the infection after passing the antibody test. The first group will receive certificates for a year from the date of the PCR test, the second – for six months from the date of the antibody test. What matters is not the number of antibodies, but their presence.
