Mariano, how were your beginnings in the real estate business?

Since I was 17 years old (2007) I was clear about my profession, I finished high school knowing that I wanted to study the career of Real Estate Agent and Real Estate Broker, a career that I started in 2009 and finished in 2011 at the University of San Martin, headquarters of the Colegio de Artilleros San Isidro.

In this last year I visited many real estate agencies to be able to work in this profession and I found that they closed the doors to me because I was only 22 years old and they all considered that at that age I could not be successful.

It was there when I started working as an administrator in an SME in Tigre, where I started uploading remittances in a form and ended up in my last two years (2015-2017) managing the administrative sector of it.

How were the beginnings of Real Estate?

In 2017 I decided to fulfill my dream and I started my first real estate office Canedo Propiedades. With a lot of work and dedication, I started this dream working throughout the North corridor, and focusing mainly on Tigre, a place that I know perfectly well.

All the work led to great growth and in 2019 I decided to expand, go from a traditional real estate agency, to work in a Real Estate Network (Century 21) that allowed me to form a more solid structure to provide a better service. In this way I was able to share the day to day with Marcelo, who had been my boss, but this time working together, together for a common goal.

What services do you offer to the public?

Our main objective is to provide a comprehensive and professional real estate service. To be able to advise, in everything that Real Estate entails, to all clients. Whether you want to buy your first home, who wants to relocate or any developer who wants to execute or market a real estate project. I have also been trained as a Business Coach, a course I took to improve my company and be able to accompany and train other colleagues. One of my passions is being able to transmit and share knowledge with colleagues in order to empower other people.

How do you project your brand in the medium term?

The projection that we are executing and in which we have been working is to put together a solid structure, have our team trained, with market information and legal knowledge to be able to advise correctly. We have the team divided into two, on the one hand, the team dedicated to the sale of used cars and final consumers and another team dedicated to developments and work with investors. We want people to know Century 21 Canedo, as one of the leading real estate companies in the North Zone.

What are your differentials in the category?

I do not see other offices as competition, I fully consider in the collaborative and cooperative spirit between colleagues. There is a market for everyone, and our main objective is to advise and be able to comply with our clients by giving the best service, that makes us stand out and that clients choose us again. We strengthen ourselves through permanent training and constant analysis of the market in which we are, always proposing new strategies and work modalities.

If you were starting over, what would you do differently?

I like to take stock of the past, not to regret or see what I would have corrected, but on the contrary, I take what has been done so far so as not to make the same mistakes in the future. I wouldn’t change anything, since each crash in the past was a share of experience that helps me to continue growing, minimizing the margin of error.
