Portuguese Jota scores for Celtic
In front of 60,832 spectators in the sold-out Celtic Park, the Portuguese Jota gave the hosts the lead in the 21st minute. After the break, Rangers, opponents of RB Leipzig in the semi-finals of the Europa League, pushed for the equalizer, which Fashion Sakala scored in the 67th minute. Despite more opportunities for both sides, it ended in a draw.
Next chance next Saturday
Celtic remain at the top of the table by six points over Rangers and also have a much better goal difference. Next Saturday the “hoops” with three games left in the home game against Heart of Midlothian from Edinburgh make the 52nd championship in the club’s history perfect.
A summary of the game can be seen from 7.10 p.m. in the sports show on the first.
