Former German youth international Nicolas Kühn is about to transfer to his fourth country as a professional. After stints at Ajax Amsterdam, Bayern Munich (both in the reserve teams), Erzgebirge Aue and currently Rapid Vienna, the 24-year-old winger will most likely move to Celtic Glasgow. The Scottish top club is about to reach an agreement with the Hütteldorfers about Kühn’s transfer, as Transfermarkt learned. “Sky UK” previously reported on the impending deal.

The transfer fee, which the clubs almost agree on, is around 3.5 million euros. Rapid signed the Wunstorf native from FC Bayern a year and a half ago for 500,000 euros. The Austrians are looking forward to a big transfer profit. Kühn quickly established himself as a regular at Rapid and was only absent from the field when he was injured. In 51 competitive games to date, he has scored seven goals and ten assists, three hits and seven assists this season alone. Since his move, Kühn has increased his market value from 700,000 to 1.5 million euros.
