Cecilia del Carmen Pozzo – PNT

Cecilia, how were your beginnings as an Ontological Coach and with what purpose did you approach your profession?

This new path of undertaking from Ontological Coaching comes to my personal and professional life from a deep process of ethical and conscious transformation, applicable to all my work areas to motivate, inspire, build conversational spaces from being to evolve doing, to learn. to choose and choose ourselves, to design the future and open possibilities of creation and innovation in such a complex world.

For more than three decades I dedicated myself to the resolution of interpersonal and intrapersonal conflicts and workplace violence, in public and private settings, in senior management and on the ground, as a lawyer, mediator, negotiator and university professor. I understood that other tools were required to empower and achieve personal, cultural, social and political evolutions to overcome those situations I was addressing.

What services do you provide as a professional?

Ontological Coaching provides personal knowledge to be able to lead any space in life, constructivist and systemic learning to achieve individual and collective objectives, overcoming obstacles, changing our observation from language, emotions, corporeality and values. At the same time, it allows us to enhance talents, abilities and skills, opening up possibilities by generating spaces for social and individual peace.

In that sense, my professional services as an Ontological Coach adapt to the needs of the person or persons who require it and are of assistance, of accompaniment in conversational spaces.

Among them, conversations and individual or group coaching processes, online and in person. Masterclass, seminars, conferences, personalized service training. Assistance in personal, professional and work development and transformation processes. Design and implementation of management projects against violence in the world of work and planning and assistance in the development and presentation of academic and management projects.

How do you project yourself in the medium term?

I aspire to accompany and continue to accompany people, whether they are entrepreneurs, professionals, leaders of different spaces, young people and adults, from my country and from different places in the world, as well as organizations, in their processes of personal and collective transformation, through one of the most powerful tools of change, which is conversation to enhance your reflections and learn.

I have proposed to organize spaces for massive reflection to awaken internal questions, to challenge comforts, to distinguish what is happening to them, intended for the greatest number of people possible, believing in virtuality as an expansion strategy, nurturing my experience and learning to offer them in the book I’m writing.

What are your differentials in your profession?

Serving another person was and is the meaning of my work. I love and enjoy what I do. I live the values that I declare and work with a rights-based approach. I am a constant learner and committed to building that learning and society. I consider myself a vulnerable professional, without armor, very experienced in life and in my work journey, with a deep humanistic perspective that I pour into each of my jobs.

If you had to start over, what would you do differently?

If I could start over, I would embrace the profession of Ontological Coach from the beginning, as a lifestyle and service. However, I do not believe in changing what I have experienced because it brought me here. I do believe in preserving what is valuable and that is what I do, I add everything I have gone through to be, today, as a coach, my best professional version.
