The damage caused to citizens by criminals with vandalism, theft, fraud and other property crimes amounted to 2.5 billion euros last year. 10,000 cars and 700,000 bicycles were stolen. Furthermore, 557,000 times it involved vandalism to cars. Fraud in online purchases was the most common at 1.3 million, but the amount of damage here was also the lowest. In half of the cases it was less than 50 euros.
