Çukurova Basketball Club (ÇBK) Mersin Yenişehir Municipality flew to Czechia for the EuroLeague Women’s Final Four matches to be played in Prague on April 14-16. The Mersin team that set its sights on the cup will face the host ZVVZ USK Praha on the first day of the Final Four. In the match to be played in the capital Prague, rival ZVVZ USK Praha will use the audience advantage. Mersin residents will watch the match on the giant screen that Yenişehir Municipality will set up next to the culture park Marina. Çukurova Basketball Club General Manager Ender Ünlü stated that a difficult match awaits them and said, “The home team may be our opponent, but we also worked hard. As the whole ÇBK family, we came together and we want to win the cup. I am sure that we will put our hearts into the final by winning the first game we will play. In the final, no matter who the opponent is, we will bring the trophy to Mersin.”
