Catherine Keyl (76) will not have her face remodeled any further. The opinion dino has decided to stop all those cosmetic treatments. “I now give myself an 8.”
For years we knew Catherine Keyl as that pleasant housewife with a nice, round glasses frame, but lately she has just become a femme fatale at age. She looks awful fierce out and has a stronger media presence than ever before. But now she is done with all those changes to her appearance, she says in the Weekend.
‘I quit’
Catherine really visited every department of the Bergman clinic, but the results are impressive. “I had a neck lift done and my eyes lifted. I also always have filler injected between my eyes, otherwise I get such a frown, which I find ugly. Moreover, it makes me look very grumpy and strict.”
Now it’s all over. “I’m very happy the way it is now, I don’t plan on having anything else done to my face.”
Vain Keyl
Not all celebrities are so open about their renovations. Does she think she is vain? “Yes, insane,” she laughs. “Of course I’m vain, otherwise I wouldn’t be on TV, I think. In contrast to the past, I use it more and more often fluid makeup, because I got too many spots on my face. And if I have bags under my eyes, I apply concealer over them.”
In fact, Catherine always wears make-up outside. “But if I have to go to the TV recordings of Harry Mens’ Business Class on Saturday morning, then yes. I always go to the market beforehand. I’ll just be recognised, without make-up, so it’s not too bad what I look like, right?”
An 8
Catherine is happy with her appearance. “People are always very positive about the fact that I don’t look my age, so I think I still look good. It has to do with heredity. My father also had no wrinkles when he died, at the age of 76. If I had inherited my mother’s skin, I would now be all wrinkles.”
What grade does she give herself? “For someone of almost 77, that’s an eight. Certainly. Why not nine? I want to remain modest, haha! But I look too good for a seven again,” she laughs in the Weekend.
