The Board of the Biennale has in fact decided to attribute to the 78-year-old French actress the Golden Lion for Lifetime Achievement during 79th International Film Festival.
Catherine Deneuve: the beginning of the career
Daughter of art, Deneuve began her long career at just 13 years old in 1956, making her debut in the film Le Collegiali.
