Catering campaign on the coast is catching on

The videos with testimonials are aimed at three target groups: young people who want to do a holiday job in the hospitality industry, people who are looking for a permanent job and older people who are looking for a flexible job. Westtoer is satisfied with the results. The videos have already been viewed a million times, and 45,000 people clicked through to the website. One fifth of them speak Dutch, the vast majority are non-native speakers. The films have also been translated into Ukrainian.

Sabien Lahaye-Battheu, deputy and chairman of Westtoer, is satisfied: “The conclusion is that the campaign is successful and is viewed a lot. Non-native speakers in particular are very interested in the job offer on the coast. The intention is to continue with the campaign and to roll it out in the rest of the province.”
