A new “Star Wars” series started on September 21 on Disney+ with “Andor”: The prequel to the movie “Rogue One”, again starring Diego Luna as Cassian Andor. It tells of the rise of the empire, the construction of the Death Star – and the formation of the rebellious alliance, led by Mon Mothma (Genevieve O’Reilly).
We spoke to Luna, O’Reilly and director/writer Tony Gilroy (The Bourne Supremacy, House of Cards) about politics in the Star Wars universe, the role of women in Star Wars, office fun moments and busy mothers:
