Choosing the first car is an extremely exciting time for a novice driver, between forbidden dreams and obstacles dictated by inexperience and budget. The rulesFirst of all, for a new driver, a motorist is identified who has obtained a license for less than 3 years. As for the limitations, the discriminating factor is not the displacement, but the absolute power – expressed in kW – and the ratio between power and tare weight of the vehicle – expressed in kW / t. For the first year following the relaunch of the license, it is forbidden to drive cars with power above 70 kW (about 95 HP), while the kW / t ratio must not exceed 55.
