Carrots on the grill

While grilling meat or fish, you can also prepare delicious carrots on the grill.

feta cheese

nuts

honey

fresh herb, e.g. thyme

1. If necessary, peel the carrots. Halve them and slice them lengthwise into a suitable size.

2. Put oil on a medium-heat grill and fry the carrots until they start to soften.

3. Fry the nuts on a plate and finally add some of the feta. It can melt and get a dark surface.

4. Put the carrots and fried feta in a dish and crumble the rest of the feta cheese and nuts on top. Finish the portion with honey and herbs (eg thyme).
