Caroline Tensen disappoints, can’t compete with Yvon Jaspers

Caroline Tensen is quite disappointing with her TV classic One against 50. The RTL 4-star can’t compete with the peasant violence of Yvon Jaspers and attracts no less than four times as few viewers.

It is now starting to become a bit of a gray record: Caroline Tensen with her game show One against 50. The program is now back for a new season, but the first two episodes scored quite moderately compared to the ratings monster Farmer Searches Woman of TV colleague Yvon Jaspers .

Caroline disappoints

While Farmer Searches for Woman yesterday could count on 2.8 million viewers (51% market share), One against 50 had to be satisfied with 711 thousand viewers (14%). Not so surprising, of course: where Yvon makes a program that the Netherlands will discuss over the coffee machine the next day, you haven’t really missed anything with Caroline.

The bad news for Caroline? Yvon will be on the tube again this Sunday with her farmer dating show. The good news? The following week, the clog cupid makes way for a gospel program with Giovanca Ostiana and of course not three million people are going to watch it.

Also no suitcases

It will be a major setback for the Postcode Lottery that Caroline is currently a bit invisible with One against 50. After all, the other lottery show, Miljoenenjacht, has completely disappeared from the tube because of Linda de Mol’s bad year. Both programs act as a major commercial of the lottery company.

In the meantime, the Postcode Lottery’s chair legs are also being cut, because following Rob Goossens, D66 Mr Kees Verhoeven is now also completely done with the ‘blackmail lottery’. “By capitalizing on fear, the Postcode Lottery earns a lot of money at the expense of people who often have a low income”, he snorts

Well done on two

Farmer Wants Woman was lord and master on Sunday evening. The subsequent broadcast Doorbakken was the number two on prime time with 1.1 million viewers (28%) on NPO 1. One against 50 follows in third place.

The other most watched prime time titles were NPO 2’s Nieuwsuur (506 thousand), NPO 1’s Dit is S10 (475 thousand) and RTL 4’s Humberto (442 thousand).

Viewing figures

Programs that did not make the top 15 include College Tour (414 thousand), Shownieuws (370 thousand), WNL on Sunday (364 thousand), Media Inside (358 thousand), Million Dollar Island (351 thousand) and Tropical Years (333 thousand). ).
