Carlo Boszhard wants to turn his marriage to Herald Adolfs into a real media event. The presenter plans to invite all kinds of press. “Then everyone is happy.”
For many people, a wedding is an intimate moment, but for celebrities it is very different. They see it more as a kind of TV recording. Consider, for example, Maxime Meiland’s wedding, which was simply made into an episode of Chateau Meiland. And Carlo Boszhard also does not intend to let his marriage pass by quietly.
‘Everyone happy’
When asked whether Carlo plans to invite the press, he answers in the Weekend: “I think you should give something to the press. It’s always a matter of what is appropriate, so when we can do something, I think you should do it. You can arrange with the media to come by, take a few photos and then everyone is happy.”
Where will that wedding take place? In the Media Park parking lot? “We have thought about Italy. It will look different then. The group then becomes smaller. What stops planning and making decisions is that sometimes I get a very nice offer to do something, or you are already working on a program.”
This year
It is certain that Herald and he will get married, Carlo emphasizes. “We hope to get married this year. Herald and I really want it to happen this year. The doubt is only about whether we do it in the summer or in the winter. The summer is fun, but we have to be quick to arrange everything.”
He concludes: “Winter is a very romantic time to get married. My mother is already very busy with when Herald and I will get married and says: ‘Should I wear a summer dress or one for winter?’ It will be a very beautiful day, our wedding day, because I think you should celebrate life and we will certainly do that.”
