Jan Roos is not impressed by the declaration that Carlo Boszhard has filed against him. He stands behind his story and goes one step further: “He grabs everyone in the pants.”
Carlo Boszhard has reported libel and slander against the well-known juice stars Jan Roos and Yvonne Coldeweijer, because they claim that the Story article about ‘a TV presenter who allegedly assaulted underage boys’ is about Carlo Boszhard. Jan is not impressed by that declaration.
In the pants
In fact: Jan does it in the latest episode of GossipTalk, which has already been viewed almost 400,000 times in a day and a half, even more. The presenter responds to the news of the report and Carlo’s complaint that his good name is ‘being thrown up for grabs’.
Jan: “Yes, the big joke is, Carlo Boszhard: you do have a good name. People like what you do on television, but you also have another name – which I’ve heard it said – that you can’t keep your hands to yourself and you grab everyone and everything. So just report it dude.”
‘What a pervert’
According to him, one of Jan’s sources in the Carlo story is a big TV star. “A big celebrity. An absolute TV star. He said, ‘That’s just right. He just really grabs you by the cock and by your butt all the time. It goes on with that man! What a pervert that is.’ And everyone knows that! And that is kind of accepted.”
There are only more stories to come, says Jan. “I have been approached by several people after our broadcast last week. All young men and men who confirm it. Who say, ‘I’m caught, I’m caught, I’m pinched and I’m caught.’”
summary proceedings
Apparently Carlo knows that himself, says Jan. “That will probably also be the reason why Carlo has not filed summary proceedings, but only a complaint for defamation. Then you put it on hold for a while, you know, and then you hope it passes.”
Story boss Guido den Aantrekker neither denies nor confirms that his story is about Carlo. Jan: “So that’s the crux. So if he knew it wasn’t about Carlo Boszhard, he would have said: (…) ‘Carlo Boszhard is not the story.’ But he didn’t deny that. And so he confirmed it. So soon, Carlo, also file a complaint against Guido!”
