Carlo Boszhard seems to have calmed down a bit again. Two weeks after his outburst about the gossip about Jan Roos, he writes: “Ukraine overshadows everything.”
It has been two weeks since Carlo Boszhard was thrown in front of the bus by Gossip Talk. He would be the dirty celebrity that the Story had written about. Carlo was furious: he immediately announced legal action. First against Jan Roos, then against Yvonne Coldeweijer. And precisely because of this, the gossip became even bigger news.
Ukraine
So now Carlo seems to have calmed down a bit. He says he can’t really worry about anything at the moment. The Eurovision Song Contest cannot bomb him for a while either. “Everything, especially a feast of songs, is overshadowed by the catastrophic situation in Ukraine,” he writes in his Televizier column.
The Eurovision Song Contest starts in two months and normally Carlo is very busy with it. That is different now. “’Hey Carlo, how do you like the song of Italy?’, someone asks. I do not care.”
Song Contest
Carlo wonders at all whether the song festival can continue on May 10. “Should you allow such a Eurovision Song Contest? On the other hand, this festival was intended to reunite Europe.”
It is good that the Russians have been thrown out, Carlo thinks. “But I would have loved to have broadcast it there. Minutes of applause and support for Ukraine.”
