Cardi B outraged by missing Titanic explorer’s stepson

According to the current status (afternoon, June 22), the submersible “Titan” is still being sought. Meanwhile, the debate on the topic on the Internet is coming to a head. Brian Szasz, stepson of crew member Hamish Harding, revealed Tuesday (June 20) that he attended a Blink 182 concert during the rescue mission, for which he drew widespread criticism, including from Cardi B. The Apology that Szasz Facebook also shared didn’t seem to be enough for the 30-year-old musician. “It might be distasteful to be here but my family would want me to be on the Blink 182 show because it’s my favorite band and music helps me through difficult times,” he wrote. Szasz removed the post after a short time.

Cardi B shared in hers Instagram story their horror at Szasz’s handling of the situation. If her life was in danger, the New Yorker would wish her family were “sad at home” and crying over her instead of going to a live show. “Isn’t it sad that you’re a shitty billionaire and nobody gives a fuck about you?” Cardi asked on the social media platform. She also added that she’d rather be poor and loved than a billionaire who nobody seems to care about.

Brian Szasz countered on Twitter: “I would rather go to the concert than watch the news at home because that was my coping strategy,” he wrote in a post that he has since deleted. He also accused the rapper of exploiting his family’s suffering for attention. This shot back again with its own Twitter post. “The thing is, the whole world is praying for those people in the sub and that man’s son […] goes to Blink 182 concerts. You were just out for attention the whole time, no one knew who you were until you said that’s your stepdad. That’s why people hate you spoiled billionaires.”
