A motorist with two children in the car was released after the car ended up on the A37 near Hoogeveen. Both the driver of the car and the children were checked in an ambulance, but did not have to be taken to hospital.
The accident happened tonight on the A37 in the direction of Emmen to Hoogeveen. The driver lost control of the car, after which the car came to a stop in the emergency lane.
The cause of the accident is not yet known.
