A motorist left the road on the A32 near Havelterberg last night. The car overturned on the side of the road and came to rest against a fence.
The driver, a 36-year-old man from Leeuwarden, has been arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs. He was interviewed by the police and was given a driving ban for 24 hours.
