Several people were injured in an accident between two cars on the Amterdamseweg (N202) this evening. The impact was so hard that one of the two cars came to a stop on its side on the road.

The collision happened around a quarter past nine this evening. It is not clear how the accident could have happened, but the police will investigate this.
It is also not yet clear exactly how many people were injured. Several ambulances and an air ambulance were called. The damage to both cars is extensive. Due to the investigation, the Amsterdamseweg is closed to traffic.
