Three cars and a shed were lost to a fire early this morning.
In Assen a van caught fire on the Hildegard van Bingenweg. The fire brigade was called just before 4 a.m., but upon arrival there appeared to be little left to save.
A car was also lost due to a fire in Klazienaveen. It first raged in a shed on the Meridian, but spread over. The adjacent houses remained out of harm’s way. In Coevorden this morning there was a hit on the Breitnerstraat.
The police are investigating the fires.
