The incident, local time Monday morning in the small town of Hingham near Boston, left one person dead and 16 injured, local prosecutor Timothy Cruz said.
The SUV drove through the windows of the store and is said to have hit several people. The circumstances and background are still very unclear. Prosecutor Cruz left open whether it was an accident. More later.
