A car hit a group of about a hundred people at high speed around 5 am this morning who were preparing for carnival in the Walloon Strépy-Bracquegnies near La Louvière. According to mayor Jacques Gobert, at least five people were killed, including a child, and twelve were seriously injured and about twenty were slightly injured.
