A car has collided with a detached trailer of a van on the A37 near New Amsterdam. A boat was being transported on the trailer. The driver of the passenger car was injured in the collision.
The accident happened just before midnight. Both the car and the boat were badly damaged in the collision. It is unknown how the trailer became detached from the van. The police are further investigating.
