A car was destroyed by a fire on the Vierslagenweg (N853) near New Amsterdam tonight.
Firefighters extinguished the fire, but were unable to prevent serious damage to the car. A lot of smoke was released during the extinguishing.
It is not known if anyone was injured. It is also unclear how the fire started.
