Cap Agility, a venture that continues to make people talk

A little more than 20 years have passed since the formal birth of Agility, and until now there was no physical tool that would translate this philosophy into people’s daily lives. The initiative led by Her Gorino, “Agilidad a la Gorra”, was in 2023 the first to think outside the box and aim to develop a physical agenda that transfers this philosophy to the daily life of its community.

“During my entire career as an agility coach I always wanted to have some type of tool that helps me prioritize, plan and define objectives, using techniques and good practices that organizations and teams use today through agility” he shares with us. Her.

Her and his team understood that every need can be an opportunity and decided to get to work: “It was August of last year and we were defining our objectives for 2024. At that time we wanted to have a tool that would help us organize and focus.” recalls Ale Gorino.

At first they thought of using a digital tool that already existed on the market, a physical notebook or planner, but after a few minutes, they realized that this solution contained several problems. “Nowadays our community already uses some tool or another but the They do not end up being effective, they not only abandon the use of them but also the monitoring of their objectives and everything they want for their year. Today there is no tool that invites you to think outside the box” reflects Her.

In August 2023, the “Agilidad a la Gorra” team had an idea that could generate a “before and after” in the agenda market. Before moving forward, they decided to consult their idea with the community. “Everything we do is for our community, as a team we have a genuine purpose to improve their daily lives, sharing everything from our philosophy of life to the lenses with which we see reality. In this way we want to accompany them and work with them to achieve their best version” Her shares with us.

The results were a surprise. The agenda was launched in December 2023 and in just 2 weeks, they managed to exhaust their stock of 200 units. “We decided to go beyond what is considered an agenda, we designed a tool that helps our community think about what they want from their 2024 and why. Throughout its 252 pages drawn 100% by hand by Sary Peredo (Visual Thinker of Cap Agility), you will be able to find different proposals, dynamics, and questions that will allow our community to focus on what is important, define their objectives for the year and go after that 2024 that they are wishing for,” reveals Her.

Looking towards the future, Her Gorino reveals to us “The agenda was just the beginning, for 2024 we have planned the launch of the first merchandising related to agility, such as t-shirts, sweatshirts, mugs and notebooks, which will allow us to cross the screen, spread optimism and closely accompany our beloved community.”
