Cannabis plantation under construction discovered behind terraced house in Geluwe

The shed is located behind an empty house and is not visible from the street side. The cannabis plantation was discovered after some residents saw that there was a large water leak in the empty house.

When the fire brigade arrived, they were confronted with bizarre circumstances. For example, a water pipe had been sawn in half.

No arrests

Meanwhile, the police were also present to search the house. The shed behind the house also underwent a routine check. There, the police found, among other things, large barrels, cultivation soil and other material that indicates that someone wanted to start a large cannabis plantation there.

The prosecutor’s office confirms the discovery, but also says that no arrests have been made in the file for the time being.
