Canada defeated Finland in the under-18 women’s hockey World Cup semi-finals

Canada grabbed the victory in a late night thrill game with a score of 2-1.

Canada has won the Finnish Women’s Hockey World Championship semi-finals 2–1 in Madison, USA, USA.

Still in the first block, Finland won in the first block by 2–0, but this time the goal balance was left together. The only goal of the team was in charge Tilli Keränen.

In the morning of Finland time, the next semi-final match will start, where the United States and Sweden will meet. The loser of the match will face in the Finnish bronze medal and the winner in the Canadian gold medal.

Finland has previously won two World Championship bronzes in tournaments for under-18s.
