Girls aged 8-11 from all over Europe recently had the chance to ask questions to Samantha Cristoforetti (45), the first European woman to lead the International Space Station. Purpose of the question round? Encouraging young ladies to opt for a STEM education. Questions like “who will take care of you when you are sick?” and “can you eat pizza in space?” were reviewed.
