Campaign #LokaalWerkt puts jobs in local authorities in the spotlight

There are approximately 195,000 people active in the local authorities, but there are still many vacancies that are not filled. To show people that it is nice to work for a local government, employees formed a big heart. The action is part of a larger plan: #LokaalWerkt. With the campaign, the Flemish Association for Cities and Municipalities is aiming, among other things, at people who are active in other sectors, the so-called lateral entrants. In this way, they want to avoid compromising the service.
