Queen consort Camilla can be seen in the British TV program on Sunday Antique road showkind of local Between art and kitsch, reports the BBC. The episode of the program about antiques was filmed in Cornwall last summer and is broadcast on BBC One.
Camilla brought two items especially for the program to be approved by the experts. The British queen consort showed a rare silver snuff box from the royal collection and also brought the poetry book Elegy written in a country churchyard from Thomas Gray. Camilla was particularly interested in the book because of its special binding, created in 1899 by the Guild of Women Binders.
According to presenter Fiona Bruce, Camilla was “an awful joy” to have on the air. “She put everyone at ease and was eager to join in and have a chat with everyone.”
