Camera shield deters transmigrants in Zeebrugge port

In the first four months of this year, only 46 transmigrants were caught. None of them came by rail and half had already traveled on a truck as a stowaway from far outside our province. Three years ago there were more than 2,000 transmigrants. The camera shield, in which the United Kingdom also invested, probably deters transmigrants.
