Café bosses return to the Council of State to discuss the number of beers in the beer barrel

The Belgian café federation Fedcaf has lodged an appeal with the Council of State against the Royal Decree of 15 May that imposes the flat-rate VAT scheme for café owners at 192 pints per 50 liter barrel of beer. The organization announced this in a press release on Wednesday. Last autumn, the Council of State already annulled this regulation, but the FPS Finance already indicated that it would not make any adjustments to the calculation.
