C&A launches a denim collection for men, designed by durable elastane fibers makes use of. The new material is designed to adapt to movements and cover a wider range of sizes, the clothing retailer announced on Thursday.
The brand’s four-part SS4 capsule uses ‘Lycra Adaptiv’ from the fiber manufacturer The Lycra Company, which, in addition to cotton and the wrinkle-resistant elastane ‘Lycra T400’, is intended to ensure improved functionality. If the wearer does not move, the fiber adjusts its compression strength and increases its elasticity during physical activity. The result is an expanded fit window in which one clothing size corresponds to several previous sizes.
