On Thursday night, shortly before 11 p.m., a BVG bus driver was injured on Sonnenallee on Hertzbergplatz in Berlin-Neukölln.
The driver was injured and had to be transported to a hospital.
One suspect was arrested at the scene by officers who arrived. He was also looked after and cared for on site by paramedics, but apparently had no injuries.
The police are investigating the assault. Nothing is known about the nature and severity of the injury or the background to the crime. The bus was driven on by a new driver.
