BVB transfer fixed soon? Karim Adeyemi landed in Dortmund for a medical check-up

Karim Adeyemi is apparently about to move to Borussia Dortmund. BVB could make the transfer perfect in the coming hours.

According to “sky” Adeyemi landed at Dortmund Airport around 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday morning. The attacker from RB Salzburg had previously traveled by private jet from Munich.

The Austrian champions released the German international specifically to finalize the transfer.

According to the TV broadcaster, Adeyemi went to the medical check after landing. The 20-year-old will then sign a five-year contract with BVB. The working paper reportedly does not contain an exit clause.

As “Sport1” wants to know, Adeyemi can look forward to a salary of more than six million euros per season at the Revierklub.

Will BVB invest 38 million euros for Adeyemi?

Salzburg’s sports director Christoph Freund had already confirmed the upcoming deal to “Sky” on Sunday.

“It could be quick now. I wouldn’t rule out that it could be announced quickly,” said the RB official.

According to Italian transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, BVB will invest 38 million euros for Adeyemi’s services. He would be by far the most expensive new signing in the club’s history.

BVB is apparently still looking for another attacker

The DFB youngster would be the first new signing for the offensive at Borussia Dortmund. Due to the imminent departure of top scorer Erling Haaland, the black and yellow have a great need in this part of the team.

According to media reports, the Norwegian will join English champions Manchester City.

However, Adeyemi is not planned as a one-to-one replacement for Haaland at BVB. According to media reports, the Westphalians would like to sign a real centre-forward this summer.
